Our History

The story of Nigella began in 2012 with Nicole working in aged care across Greater Geelong, seeing there was an even greater need for experienced, qualified caregivers who truly understood the importance of compassionate support.

After eight years of building expertise and witnessing the gaps in care services, Nicole founded Nigella in 2020 with a clear vision: to provide trustworthy, reliable disability and aged care support that puts people first.

Since 2012, we've been providing trusted disability support Surf Coast communities depend on. In the same year, Nicole expanded Nigella's services to include comprehensive disability support for both physical and mental health NDIS participants. This wasn't just a business decision – it was a calling born from Nicole's deep understanding that every person deserves dignified, empathetic care that honors their individual journey.
